V-Marine Maritime Surveys Ltd is committed to the protection, confidentiality, and integrity of technical vessel records, commercial shipping documents, and client identity details handled through our port offices and digital portal.
In the execution of maritime surveys, we collect and process:
Survey reports, draft calculations, and damage assessments are prepared strictly for the Instructing Client. Under no circumstances do we disclose findings, bunker figures, or condition ratings to competing charterers, third-party cargo owners, or unauthorized commercial parties without explicit written authorization or mandatory flag-state statutory subpoena.
Certificates generated through V-Marine MSP are stamped with irreversible SHA-256 cryptographic hashes. The public verification desk enables P&I clubs and port authorities to verify document authenticity without exposing unredacted commercial terms or private vessel particulars.
In compliance with maritime claims limitation periods (Hague-Visby Rules and York-Antwerp Rules), technical survey records and raw measurement logs are retained in encrypted cold vaults for a minimum period of seven (7) years. Instructing clients may request full export or archived copies via the Client Operations Portal at any time.
